eNews: District-Maintained Fencing

STONEGATE NORTH VILLAGES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT E-NEWS

District Maintained Fencing: Commencing next week, May 30th minor fence repairs and touchup staining will commence on all District maintained perimeter fencing.  If the fence contractor finds a portion of the perimeter fence, that may need more than a minor repair, such as replacing a support post, that section will be spray painted in yellow and the fence contractor will come back at a later date, in coordination with the adjacent lot owner.  We ask that you make sure that there are no obstructions on, or near the fence. This includes, but is not limited to: any trees, limbs, roots, shrubs, landscape planting beds, etc., that would impede the progress of the fence work.

Thank you!

eNews: Update to Community Center Grand Opening

STONEGATE NORTH VILLAGES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT E-NEWS

As you all know, we have been very focused on the design, development, and construction of the new Stonegate North Villages Community Center. It’s been a significant capital improvement project — and one that has been fortunate to stay on track despite continued supply chain issues in the building and construction industry.

Until now.

Just as the crews have rounded the bend to the final stage, we have encountered shipping delays on some very critical final finishes, including our flooring and doors. The great news is that the construction plan went as seamlessly as it did — and that the final items are finishing materials. We know you share our excitement and anticipation for the Grand Opening, but we will be forced to back out the opening of the new facility as we await the arrival and install of these items and complete the walk-through with the builder. We know you will agree that it is important to ensure that every element of the project is completed — and that we open our doors to a fully finished — and stunning space for residents.

What next?

  1. We are awaiting news on a final delivery date for the last items. Once we have that delivery date, we will be able to re-set our Grand Opening celebration.
  2. We will debut the reservation system, allowing residents to book the facility for parties and events, only after we announce the rescheduled Grand Opening.
  3. Please note this small delay has no impact on the opening of the pool or other scheduled events.
    1. The annual Senior Celebration, for graduating seniors in the community, will be held on Friday, May 26th from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
    2. The pool opens on Saturday, May 27th at 10 a.m.
    3. We will hold our first Flick & Float at dusk on Saturday, June 10th

Thanks for your understanding and we look forward to throwing open the doors (once they arrive) and sharing this new space with you in the very near future!

eNews: Final Day for Senior Submissions

STONEGATE NORTH VILLAGES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT E-NEWS

Hello everyone,

We are excited for the upcoming pool season and for our new Community Center!

The final day to submit a photo of your graduating senior is this Friday, May 5th.

As a reminder, the annual Senior Celebration is an event created by Stonegate North Villages, in conjunction with the HOA, that celebrates the Class of 2023. Graduating seniors from both Stonegate North Villages and Stonegate Village are invited to join in the fun. To participate, simply send the first and last name of your senior, the name of the school from which they are graduating, and a senior photo or favorite snapshot to: seniors@stonegatenorthvillages.org. From this, the team here will create a yard sign, celebrating the student.

Then get ready for an evening pool party on Friday, May 26th from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. All graduating seniors are invited to join us, at the pool, to dance, swim and celebrate. Drinks and snacks will be provided. This is a fun opportunity to have the graduates celebrate — and enjoy the pool all to themselves ahead of the pool’s season opening the next day. The yard signs, celebrating each senior, will be on display at the pool event and everyone can take theirs home that night.

If you haven’t already, send in your submission by the close of day Friday!

Thank you!
