Swimming Pools
The swimming pools are one of the highlight amenities in the community. The district has two pools.
- An expansive 175-thousand-gallon seasonal family pool that is complete with zero entry and water features.
- An adult pool and spa for those ages 18 and up, complete with tanning ledge, premium lounge chairs and a large hot tub.
This is a secure facility and requires a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) to access and use this amenity. To acquire a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) you must complete the application process. Please visit the Apply for A Pass page of this website. Please note that each member of the household over the age of 18 will need their their own Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey).
As with all of our facilities, please ensure that all residents and guests enjoying this amenity, adhere to the posted rules and district policies governing recreation facilities.

General Season Pool Hours Information
- Open Date: The pool typically opens the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend
- Close Date: The pool typically closes 2 Weekends After Labor Day

Summer Hours From 5/27 – 8/6
Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM -8:00 PM
Late Season Hours
Late Summer/After School Hours From 8/8 – 9/4
Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Early Fall/Weekend Only Hours From 9/5 – 9/17
Closed weekdays
Open two weekends after Labor Day: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (This includes the weekends of 9/9 – 9/10 and 9/16 – 9/17)
