Stonegate North Villages (formerly Lincoln Park) is a Metropolitan District located in unincorporated Douglas County, Colorado. The area features rolling open space and walking paths as well as community amenities including a large family pool, playgrounds and tennis courts. Situated just south of E-470, with Chambers Road to the east and Jordan Road to the west, the community offers easy access to Denver, the Tech Center, Denver International Airport, the Park Meadows Mall and a host of other shopping and recreational areas. Families enjoy not only the district’s many amenities, but the area’s well-regarded schools, including Mammoth Heights Elementary and Northstar Academy K-8 Charter School which sit directly in Stonegate North Villages. Chaparral High School sits immediately adjacent, in neighboring Stonegate Village.
