The district is pleased to offer year-round access to the adult pool and spa. Please make a note that the Adult Pool & Spa area is for the enjoyment of residents 18 years and older only. In addition, residents will need an VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) to access this area. Access is via the back, not center, gate.

The hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays
— and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends.

The hours will be strictly enforced — including closure at 8 p.m. — and anyone in the area after hours will have all facilities access revoked and may be charged with trespassing. We appreciate being able to offer this amenity, while ensuring everyone is considerate of the nearby neighbors and mindful of the district rules.
The board reserves the right to cancel this program at any time.
