Dear Residents,

The open spaces and walking trails are such a beautiful feature of our community. Our team is working hard on ensuring several areas are invested in and worked on ahead of the summer months. Please make a note of the following:

• Both bridges in Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District will be having work done on them and will be entirely closed beginning on Monday of next week. We anticipate the work will take a week or two. Thank you for staying clear of these areas during this time and we will send another eNews when the work is complete, and the bridges are accessible again.

• There is also concrete repair work being done across several areas, filling in cracks and replacing sidewalks. Again, the repairs help to ensure the integrity and safety of our community’s pathways, trails, and parks — and we appreciate residents heeding signs and avoiding these marked areas during construction.
