Make a Reservation

Residents Can Now Reserve Family Pool for Pool Parties as well as Community Center, Park Pavilion, and Stonegate North Villages Open Space for Events and Activities

Effective May 25, 2024, the district has debuted the expansion of its online reservation system. Residents can now make reservations for not only the Community Center, but also for pool parties at the family pool, events at the Park Pavilion adjacent to the basketball court, and in the Stonegate North Villages Open Space. The new system consolidates and streamlines the process for making reservations and takes one additional step in the district’s mission to offer world-class amenities, managed with leading technology solutions. Please note that all reservations made through the system’s online scheduling tool are subject to both the District’s Recreational Rules and Regulations as well as the District Rental Policies. Please make certain to review these documents for critical information ahead of making a reservation request.

When you begin your reservation you will be walked through the process of a reservation step by step. Photos of the spaces available for rent can be found in the online scheduling system by selecting the information icon (The “i” with a circle around it) to the right of each area’s name.

Booking An Event at The Community Center Along With Use of the Family Pool
Please note that the Community Center and Family Pool can be rented simultaneously. Please make sure to choose the option for both the Community Center AND the Family Pool. If you choose this option please ensure you read and understood the rules for pool parties, including the need for lifeguards, as outlined below.

Booking Pool Parties at the Family Pool

  • The Family Pool is available for pool parties across the summer season. The cost of the facility is set at $50 per/hour.
  • Lifeguard costs are separate. The cost is $40 per/hour/ per lifeguard, based on number of people. If the pool party is held during normal pool hours: one guard required per 25 people. 1 to 25 people requires a per/hour charge for one guard. 26 to 50 people requires a per/hour charge for two guards. If the pool party is held outside of normal pool hours: a minimum per/hour charge for two lifeguards is required regardless of the number of people.
  • Times available for pool parties: Sunday: After pool hours from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday: During regular pool hours or after pool hours from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday: After pool hours or from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • The pool can not be rented for exclusive use except for parties held outside of normal working hours.

Booking the Stonegate North Villages Open Space

  • The Stonegate North Villages Open Space includes the large greenbelt and open lawn adjacent to the basketball court.
  • Residents will be charged $50 an hour. There is a 4-hour minimum for all reservations.
  • Rentals must end no later than 10 p.m., including the clearing of the Open Spaces from all guests, all clean-up and tear-down.
  • Commercial/organized activities are prohibited.

Booking the Park Pavilion

  • This rentable area includes the Park Pavilion, which is closest to the basketball court. Any reservation includes the area underneath the shade structure, two outdoor grills for your use, and the exclusive use of four of the adjacent picnic tables.
  • Residents will be charged $25 an hour. There is a 2-hour minimum for all reservations.
  • Rentals must end no later than 10 p.m., including the clearing of the Park Pavilion from all guests, all clean-up and tear-down.
  • There shall be no organized use of Park Pavilion without a reservation. The pavilion at Market Green and Keystone Park are both free and available for use on a first-come first-serve basis without a reservation.
