Residents in the district enjoy a vast array of recreational amenities and facilities. Stonegate North Villages is unique in that the district, rather than the HOA, owns and operates multiple facilities across the community. In addition, through its partnership with neighboring Stonegate Village, residents can access those facilities as well. The amenities within Stonegate North Villages include:

• Expansive seasonal family pool
• Separate adult pool & spa
• Two lit tennis courts
• Walking trails
• Landscaped common areas and other community features

Please ensure that all residents and guests enjoying the district amenities, adhere to the posted rules and district policies governing recreation facilities.

In addition, residents must live within the boundaries of Stonegate North Villages and acquire a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) to use the secure facilities within the district. The partnership use agreement with neighboring Stonegate Village Metropolitan District (SVMD) allows for SVMD residents to also acquire a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) in order to use the secured facilities.
