Miles of open space, as well as a thoughtful mix of native plants and grass for recreational use span the Stonegate North Villages landscape. Residents enjoy long trails and beautiful foot bridges, gazebos and BBQ facilities. There are plenty of spaces for community members to run, walk, cycle and play — and judging by a 2020 report, residents are doing just that. Douglas County was named the second healthiest community in the U.S. by U.S. News & World Report.

Coming in 2022, the district will be adding a community center adjacent to the pool. The nearly 3800-square foot property will feature an indoor/outdoor design, a multipurpose room, a meeting room, and additional restroom facilities.

Other Features

  • Multiple community playgrounds
  • Two gazebos and numerous BBQ grills
  • Perimeter fencing throughout the community
  • More than 5 miles of sidewalks and walking paths
