eNews: Chaparral Homecoming Parade on 9/19

STONEGATE NORTH VILLAGES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT E-NEWS

Dear Residents,

Chaparral High School’s upcoming Homecoming Parade will be on Monday, September 19th beginning at 5:00 PM.

The parade will go through and around the neighborhood on the east side of Chaparral – up Stonegate, along Aventerra, down Keystone – and then west into the neighborhood and back up Stonegate to the school.

The school has asked that we alert residents that they may be impacted by the passing parade if they are out and about between 5 and 6 p.m. on Monday – but also so that each of you has an opportunity to come out and cheer them on, if you’d like!

Thanks for making a note of it.

Please note that the official meeting days for board meetings has been changed. The board of directors for Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District will, beginning this month, be on the 4th Wednesday of every month.

This change is reflected on the Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District website, at the bottom of the home page, where we list district meetings and log-in information.

Best regards,

The Board of Directors

P.S. – Please note that the adjacent district, Stonegate Village Metropolitan District, and the Stonegate HOA, have a separate board and separate meetings.

eNews: Important on Parking and Construction of Community Center

Good afternoon,

As students return to school, construction is also beginning on the Stonegate North Villages Community Center. While the construction is underway, we will have limited parking in the district-owned and maintained parking lot that is intended for guests of the recreational facilities. To ensure spots in the lot are available for district residents, the parking lot will be monitored.

Please understand that for safety and capacity reasons, this parking lot cannot be utilized as a pick-up and drop-off spot for school. Parents, please ensure you are using school property, rather than the district’s lot, for pick-up.

Thank you for your understanding, and for helping us ensure everyone’s safety. We appreciate your cooperation.
