Hello Stonegate North Villages Residents, 

We are pleased to inform you that the fence staining/repair project has officially started! To ensure a smooth process, please take note of the following important details:

Notice of Work: An attached notice will be posted on your door when the contractor is scheduled to stain your fence. (Some notices mistakenly mentioned the ‘HOA’; please note that this project is actually being carried out by the Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District.)

Preparation: Kindly remove all items hanging on the fences. Additionally, please relocate any plants, valuables, or breakable items near the fences that could be bumped by the workers.

Common Area Map: Attached is a map of the common area fences that will be completed during this project. Sections outlined in blue will be stained. Sections outlined in red and green will have repairs and then staining.
