eNews: Exciting Announcement Re: Adult Pool & Spa

STONEGATE NORTH VILLAGES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT E-NEWS

The district is pleased to announce that the overwhelming feedback from residents is to continue to have the Adult Pool & Spa open year-round. This is a novel and appreciated amenity — and one that we can continue to offer provided residents abide by all of the posted rules. Please make a note that the area is for the enjoyment of residents 18 years and older only. In addition, residents will need an VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) to access this area.

Beginning September 18th, the official hours for the Adult Pool & Spa will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends.

The hours will be strictly enforced and anyone in the area after hours will have all facilities access revoked and may be charged with trespassing. We appreciate being able to offer this amenity, while ensuring everyone is considerate of the nearby neighbors and mindful of the district rules.

Enjoy the area and thanks for being mindful of the posted rules — and your neighbors!

The Stonegate North Villages, Board of Directors

Wood fence

eNews: District-Maintained Fencing

STONEGATE NORTH VILLAGES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT E-NEWS

District Maintained Fencing: Commencing next week, May 30th minor fence repairs and touchup staining will commence on all District maintained perimeter fencing.  If the fence contractor finds a portion of the perimeter fence, that may need more than a minor repair, such as replacing a support post, that section will be spray painted in yellow and the fence contractor will come back at a later date, in coordination with the adjacent lot owner.  We ask that you make sure that there are no obstructions on, or near the fence. This includes, but is not limited to: any trees, limbs, roots, shrubs, landscape planting beds, etc., that would impede the progress of the fence work.

Thank you!
