District Maintained Fencing: Commencing next week, May 30th minor fence repairs and touchup staining will commence on all District maintained perimeter fencing. If the fence contractor finds a portion of the perimeter fence, that may need more than a minor repair, such as replacing a support post, that section will be spray painted in yellow and the fence contractor will come back at a later date, in coordination with the adjacent lot owner. We ask that you make sure that there are no obstructions on, or near the fence. This includes, but is not limited to: any trees, limbs, roots, shrubs, landscape planting beds, etc., that would impede the progress of the fence work.
STONEGATE NORTH VILLAGES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT E-NEWS
As you all know, we have been very focused on the design, development, and construction of the new Stonegate North Villages Community Center. It’s been a significant capital improvement project — and one that has been fortunate to stay on track despite continued supply chain issues in the building and construction industry.
Until now.
Just as the crews have rounded the bend to the final stage, we have encountered shipping delays on some very critical final finishes, including our flooring and doors. The great news is that the construction plan went as seamlessly as it did — and that the final items are finishing materials. We know you share our excitement and anticipation for the Grand Opening, but we will be forced to back out the opening of the new facility as we await the arrival and install of these items and complete the walk-through with the builder. We know you will agree that it is important to ensure that every element of the project is completed — and that we open our doors to a fully finished — and stunning space for residents.
What next?
We are awaiting news on a final delivery date for the last items. Once we have that delivery date, we will be able to re-set our Grand Opening celebration.
We will debut the reservation system, allowing residents to book the facility for parties and events, only after we announce the rescheduled Grand Opening.
Please note this small delay has no impact on the opening of the pool or other scheduled events.
The annual Senior Celebration, for graduating seniors in the community, will be held on Friday, May 26th from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The pool opens on Saturday, May 27th at 10 a.m.
We will hold our first Flick & Float at dusk on Saturday, June 10th
Thanks for your understanding and we look forward to throwing open the doors (once they arrive) and sharing this new space with you in the very near future!

Hello everyone,
We are excited for the upcoming pool season and for our new Community Center!
The final day to submit a photo of your graduating senior is this Friday, May 5th.
As a reminder, the annual Senior Celebration is an event created by Stonegate North Villages, in conjunction with the HOA, that celebrates the Class of 2023. Graduating seniors from both Stonegate North Villages and Stonegate Village are invited to join in the fun. To participate, simply send the first and last name of your senior, the name of the school from which they are graduating, and a senior photo or favorite snapshot to: seniors@stonegatenorthvillages.org. From this, the team here will create a yard sign, celebrating the student.
Then get ready for an evening pool party on Friday, May 26th from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. All graduating seniors are invited to join us, at the pool, to dance, swim and celebrate. Drinks and snacks will be provided. This is a fun opportunity to have the graduates celebrate — and enjoy the pool all to themselves ahead of the pool’s season opening the next day. The yard signs, celebrating each senior, will be on display at the pool event and everyone can take theirs home that night.
If you haven’t already, send in your submission by the close of day Friday!

Hello Residents,
It has been a cold winter, and the Stonegate North Villages Metropolitan District is looking very forward to warmer days and to the new summer pool season! The pool complex located at 9540 Stonegate Parkway, Parker, CO 80134 will open Memorial Day Weekend — Saturday, May 27th at 9:00 a.m.
As a reminder, our district utilizes the VIZpin system for access to our facilities, including both our pool, commonly referred to as the North Pool, and our district’s tennis courts. This technology makes it easy for the district to ensure visitors to our facilities are verified and approved residents and allows simple access through their smartphone. Each approved resident will receive a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) and will utilize their pass when they visit.
You will not be allowed access to the facilities without a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey). The district has opened the online application process, effective today, allowing anyone who still needs to complete the application process adequate time to do so. So don’t wait! If you or your family needs to set up your VIZpin, now is the time.
Here are a few helpful FAQs and pointers.
I already have my VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) from last year. If you have already applied for — and been approved — for VIZpin access during the prior season, then no other action is needed at this time. Your VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey) will still provide you access. The only exception is if your rental lease has expired since the end of the season.
How do we add a new family member? If you need to add someone, there is no need to re-register. You can simply email the following information to: registration@stonegatenorthvillages.org.
Name
Address
Cell Number (this need to be the phone that will be used to download the app and access the facilities)
Date of Birth (if under the age of 18)
Reason for the additional resident being added.
My cell phone number changed. Can I update my VIZpin so it is tied to my new smartphone?
Cell Number (this need to be the phone that will be used to download the app and access the facilities)
Date of Birth (if under the age of 18)
A note about the fact your cell number changed.
Once we update your cell number, we will let you know it has been changed, and then you will simply follow the directions to download the app on the new phone.
We still need to apply for a VIZpin Mobile Access Pass (Smartkey). If you are new to the community or have not applied for a VIZpin mobile access pass. (Smartkey) and would like to use the pool and/or the tennis courts, you may initiate the VIZpin application process by visiting the Apply for A Pass page of our district website.
Thanks for helping us ensure everyone is ready for the summer season — we’ll look very forward to seeing you at the pool and on the courts!
P.S. — Also, a quick reminder that we are a separate metropolitan district from Stonegate Village. For information on how to access their pool, commonly called the South Pool, please visit their website at: www.svmd.org.

Dear Residents,
Due to some of the construction surrounding the new community center, the adult pool and spa will be closing for the season on Sunday, November 27th at 8 p.m. Please continue to enjoy the facilities through the Thanksgiving weekend.
Keeping the adult pool and spa open later in the year has been a tremendous success! We appreciate everyone who wrote in to share their opinions of this pilot program. We ask that you continue to share your feedback with us as we consider the future of this program — and look at potentially keeping this amenity open year-round once construction of the community center is complete. Click here to provide feedback and ensure your voice is heard.
Thank you again for your support — and your partnership in keeping the district a safe, enjoyable place to live!

Dear Residents,
We have had so much positive feedback about our new Pilot Program, and love that residents are enjoying the Adult Pool & Spa- and our extended season! In exciting news, we have had a new VIZpin reader installed at the Side Gate / Adult Pool & Spa entrance. This new reader does mean that residents approaching the gate will need to update their VIZpin app.
Steps to Update/Refresh Your VIZpin App to Open the Side Gate/Gate to the Adult Pool & Spa
1. Simply stand in front of the gate, within range of the VIZpin reader
2. Ensure your Bluetooth is turned on
3. Hit Refresh on your VIZpin app. (This is a swipe down on most phones.)
4. Give the app up a few moments to recognize the new reader. (It is taking some phones a few seconds – and others up to 45 seconds – to complete the update and recognize the reader, so please be patient.)
Please also make certain that all of the people in your party are using their VIZpin app so we can track the popularity of the program. We are looking at the numbers and want to ensure we have an accurate view of how many residents have utilized the program.
In addition, we love positive feedback on our comments form online. If you want to see the program continue, please let us know: https://form.jotform.com/222596032288157

Dear Residents,
Chaparral High School’s upcoming Homecoming Parade will be on Monday, September 19th beginning at 5:00 PM.
The parade will go through and around the neighborhood on the east side of Chaparral – up Stonegate, along Aventerra, down Keystone – and then west into the neighborhood and back up Stonegate to the school.
The school has asked that we alert residents that they may be impacted by the passing parade if they are out and about between 5 and 6 p.m. on Monday – but also so that each of you has an opportunity to come out and cheer them on, if you’d like!
