Community Updates

District Maintained Fencing, Jordan Road Enhancement Project and New Tree Program Updates

We wanted to update community members on several projects within the district.

  • The portions of perimeter fencing owned and/or maintained by the district have had scheduled repairs completed. The contractor that has been retained to stain the public view portions for those repairs will commence on Monday, July 12th at 8:00 a.m. Weather permitting, the project should be completed by the following Monday, July 19th
  • As reported last month, our District Board of Directors obtained proposals to make some capital improvements to the turn area along Jordan Road, between Aventerra Parkway and Market Street. The 2021 portion of the project includes transitioning a great deal of unusable high-maintenance and expense bluegrass turf to native seed — and adding thirty (30) deciduous and pine trees. Future improvements being considered will be a crusher fine path heading from Market Drive between the homes at 9424 and 9448 to the public sidewalk off of Jordan Road. The landscape contractor selected for this project will commence work on Saturday, July 10th, with some chemical spraying of the turf areas to be transitioned to native seed.
  • We are pleased to report that the district has had four members show interest in obtaining a proposal to have a tree(s) added to a common tract next to their lot. If you are interested in obtaining a proposal to have the district add additional trees, not covered under the district’s Spring tree replacement program, to the district open space landscape near your home, please contact PCMS at 720-851-8178.

Have a great weekend!

Stonegate North Villages pool announcement

Deadline of July 7th!

Thanks to all of the Stonegate North Villages and Stonegate Village residents who have applied for and received their VizPIN Mobile Access Pass for the pool and tennis courts in the district.

If you have not yet done this process, please be certain to apply immediately. We have allowed a 7-week grace period, but it is important to note that beginning July 7th at 10 a.m. all residents will be required to use their Mobile Access Pass to access the Stonegate North pool and tennis court facilities.

There is signage across the community, and in the monthly newsletters, and we have many team members who can help. If you still need to learn more or start the process, you can begin by visiting: https://stonegatenorthvillages.org/apply-for-a-pass/

Thank you for your help in ensuring residents are signed up and approved. We look forward to seeing you at the pool and courts this summer!
